YES, we will be open in rain, snow, and Shine!
Can we come earlier or later than our time slot?
We ask that everyone comes within 15 minutes of your designated time slot
Can I purchase tickets at the event?
All tickets will be sold online, please ensure you buy online as they will not be sold at the door
Where is this event located?
The event is at Markham Fairgrounds
How do they scan tickets?
Your ticket will be scanned through your closed car window for a fully contactless experience
Can I get out of my car to take pictures?
You must remain in your car for the duration of the drive
Will there be restrooms?
No, Restrooms will not be available onsite please ensure you go before arriving to the event
Is there music or something to listen to while driving through the event?
You will be listening to educational information and fun facts about our dinosaurs and other farm animals on our designated radio station
Is this event appropriate for young children?
Yes! This is a family friendly event and designed to be enjoyed by children and adults alike.
Are Pets Allowed?
Your family pet can travel the drive-thru show with you.
Can we take pictures or videos
Yes! Feel free to take as many pictures as you wish. The driver of any vehicle must not use a phone to take pictures or video while driving. You cannot leave your vehicle to take a photo.
How long does it take to go through the Animal Adventure Drive?
The show is designed to last 20 minutes.
How do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
Upon completing your purchase, tickets will be emailed to you directly. Tickets can be shown on your phone or printed to be presented and scanned through your closed car window at the gate.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are not refundable. However the one exception is if we are unable to operate due to COVID and the local Public Health Department has caused us to shut-down. In this case your ticket would be refunded except for the transaction charge which we do not control.
